Police recover detained girl from lawyer's chamber

Gujranwala police recovered a 15-year-old girl who had been detained in a district court lawyer’s chamber, Express News reported on Wednesda.
Ramsha, a resident of Jaranwala, came to Faisalabad in search of a job when she was brought to the chamber by two unidentified men.
The men took her to the third floor of the lawyer’s chamber and gave her food to eat.
They locked her inside the chamber and fled the scene on Tuesday night.
Ramsha shouted for help, when police was called, who recovered the girl from detention and took her to the courtroom.
According to the lawyers, the chamber is owned by a lawyer who is currently not in the country and that the chamber is usually left open.
The persons who locked the chamber have not been yet identified.
