Both soldiers embraced martyrdom while fighting the enemy at Line of Control

Tanvir Ahmed, a soldier from Jahaniyan tehsil of Khanewal, was martyred while fighting the enemy at Line of Control (LoC). Naik Tanveer Ahmed was recruited as a soldier in the Baloch Regiment 14 years ago. He was martyred in Indian shelling at the LoC. The martyr left behind a widow, two daughters and one son. The body has been departed to his village after his funeral prayers were held in Muzaffarabad. The martyr’s  father and relatives said they were proud of Tanveer's martyrdom.


Mohammad Ramzan Wajhi, a soldier of the Pak Army embraced martyrdom in Indian firing at the LoC. He was a resident of Vijhiyanwala, Khanewal. Wajhi was deployed in Muzaffarabad, Buttal sector when bullets from the India side hit him in the chest. He will be buried in his native village. Wajhi passed his matriculation exam from the Government High School Vijhianwala and joined the army three years ago.
