Robbery: Rs0.5 million stolen from transporter
He was being chased after he came from a bank, tried to speed away but the robbers fired at his car’s tyres.

Robbers mugged a transporter, taking Rs0.5 million in cash from him. Munawar Khan, who noticed that his vehicle was being chased after he emerged from a private bank, tried to speed away but the robbers fired at his car’s tyres. Later, transporters at Badin Stop and auto mechanics came out in protest against the police who said that they were not registering an FIR. They burnt tyres and blocked main roads.
