RAWALPINDI:
Muthaida Transport Federation (MTF) has decided to reach out Rawalpindi Bench of High Court against the ban on installation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) cylinders in public transport vehicles. The MTF leaders said that ban was illegitimate. They added that transporters had spent millions of rupees on their installation and expressed that the government shouldn’t have allowed them in the first place if it was wrong. They said that lawyers have been provided with all requisite documents and the decision would be challenged in court next week.
