‘Zero tolerance against corruption should be adopted’
Open-door policy of the DG, urges civilians to come forward with complaints

Corruption, negligence from duty and misuse of powers is unacceptable, said Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) Director-General Muhammad Gohar Nafees. “ACE officers should adopt a zero-tolerance policy against corruption without allowing any type of compromises in investigation.”
He expressed these views while addressing officers in a meeting held at ACE Headquarters. All directors of ACE headquarters briefed the DG regarding the performance of their departments.
He added, “My office was always open for common people and they should come forward and indicate the corrupt elements of society.”
The DG expressed that corruption is a curse that is spoiling the roots of society and destroying the social and economic structure of the country. “Corruption also affected the progress and prosperity of the country.
