ATC acquits three workers of MQM

KARACHI:
An anti-terrorism court (ATC) acquitted on Friday three workers of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), Salman, Mubarak and Ziauddin, who were accused of opening fire on Kashi, a worker of Mohajir Qaumi Movement Pakistan (Haqiqi). Latif Pasha, the counsel for the accused, argued that his clients were being implicated in the case. The court acquitted them while announcing its decision. The case against the accused was registered at Brigade Police Station for injuring Kashi by opening fire on him.
