Rohri gas blast: Death toll rises to 4 as 3 more family members die

Three of the people injured in a gas blast at Rohri on June 26 succumbed to their injuries at Civil Hospital, Karachi (CHK) over the weekend
The death toll is now four - Ghulam Shabbir Sherwani died in the early hours of June 29 while his granddaughters Momina, seven, and Habiba, three, and son, 40-year-old Jawed, died on Saturday evening and Sunday morning.
Thirteen people were injured when Sherwani’s house in Hashmi Muhalla, Rohri, caught fire after a gas explosion. Sherwani’s wife, Abida, son, Adnan, daughter, Sumaira, and grandchildren, Muneeba 4, and seven-month-old Mohammad Ahmed were also injured and are being treated at CHK.
