District admin for early resolution of public complaints

BAHAWALPUR: Commissioner Nayyar Iqbal held the weekly public meeting at his office on Friday to resolve people's problems.

Bahawalpur Deputy Commissioner Shozab Saeed, Additional Commissioner Coordination Aftab Peerzada, and officers of different departments were also present in the public meeting. The commissioner said the purpose of holding such open public meetings was to provide timely justice to people and to resolve their problems.

He said all the officers must adopt an open-door policy and listen to the complaints of people and resolve them on a priority basis. He also pointed out that the public meetings were a part of the Punjab government's policy of solving people's problems.
