Actor and host Ayesha Omar shared an Instagram story in which she revealed she has had enough of the hate and that she will be making a private Instagram account only for her friends and family where she will share her vacation posts without having to worry about hate comments and trolls. The post reeled in immense love and support after which Omar made another public post reiterating that the gestures were heart-warming and made her feel “extremely emotional and loved.”

Baaji actor Meera, revealed in a recent interview that she especially asked her doctor to add wrinkles to her face as she believes that wrinkles help with delivering better facial expressions while acting. The actor went on to say that beauty and acting are two separate things and that she wants her face to be full of expressions as that is what her fans love her for her acting.

Meesha Shafi denies threatening rights activist Hassan Niazi with #MeToo campaign




Human rights activist, lawyer Hassan Niazi, who also fought Khadija Siddiqui’s stabbing case, has come forward with a startling claim as Niazi took to Twitter to share how Meesha Shafi ‘threatened’ to initiate a #MeToo campaign against him. Meesha, however, rebutted Niazi’s claims, saying she has never even met Niazi. “Don’t think I’ve ever met this guy and neither am I accusing him of anything,” she tweeted. “Also, by all means all are free to investigate whatever interests them, only to discover a bottomless pit of groped bottoms. All other conspiracy theories are just that” she wrote.

Taylor Swift tops highest-paid celebrities list



Singer Taylor Swift was named the world’s highest-paid entertainer by Forbes but was closely followed by reality star turned cosmetics queen Kylie Jenner and rapper Kanye West. Swift, hot off her 2018 “Reputation” tour and album, earned an estimated $185 million to take the No. 1 spot. The annual Forbes Celebrity 100 list also saw soccer stars Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar among the top 10, along with British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran and 1970s soft rock band The Eagles.

Robert Downey Jr opened up on life post Avengers Saga



Hollywood’s Iron Man, Robert Downey Jr opened up on life post the completion of the Avengers saga in a recent interview. He said, “I have not been forced to explore the new frontier of what is my creative and personal life after this.” RDJ revealed that due to his close association with the company, he sometimes fears he would lose his identity as an actor. “I am not my work. I am not what I did with that studio. I am not the period of time that I spent playing this character. And it sucks, because the kid in all of us wants to be like, ‘No. It’s always going to be summer camp and we’re all holding hands and singing Kumbaya’,” Downey concluded.

Koena Mitra slams Nora Fatehi’s revamped version of ‘O Saki Saki’



After Nora Fatehi shared her version of O Saki Saki, sung by Neha Kakkar on Twitter, Koena Mitra expressed her disappointment over the new remake. Originally performed by Mitra and sung by Sunidhi Chauhan and Sukhwinder Singh, the song is considered iconic by many. “Sunidhi Chauhan, Sukhwinder Singh, Vishal and Shekhar’s combination was outstanding. I didn’t like the new version, it’s a mess…PS Nora is a stunner. Hope she saves our pride,” Koena tweeted. And fellow industry colleague, Sophie Chaudhry concurs with Mitra and saying she wishes every single song wasn’t being remade.
