No one was hurt in a low-intensity explosion outside the Indus Basin Water Treaty Commissioner’s Office on Lytton Road on Saturday. Malik Muhammad Hussain, the Old Anarkali Circle DSP, told The Express Tribune that the blast was caused by a small cracker tossed into the office from the road. He said that no motive or suspects were known. He said that an FIR had been registered on the complaint of Sub Inspector Muhammad Yousaf under sections of the Explosives Act against unidentified people.
