Zahir Shah is accused of his fathers murder
RAWALPINDI/ISLAMABAD:
A local leader of Pakistan Tehreek Insaaf (PTI) was shot dead in Khawajabad lality of the Pirwadhai area of Rawalpindi.
According to the police report, Khalid Jadoon was on his way home, when armed men opened fire at him leaving him critically injured, and he eventually succumbed to his injuries and passed away, while the suspects fled away.
Furthermore, DSP Faisal Saleem said that Zahir Shah had accused Jadoon of his father’s murder and registered a case against him in this regard. He said that the case is going to be registered against the statement of Khalid’s family members.
Regarding the case of the murdered constable in the remits of Chontra Police Station, the police arrested his wife while his nephew managed to flee.
A constable, who was appointed at Saddar Wah Police Station, was murdered four days ago. According to details, someone opened fire at him while he was inside his home.
In this regard, the police registered a case against two unidentified suspects and a woman who was at his home at that time.
