SHC orders encroachments removal
The petitioner claims that the people of Loond community have occupied the land
HYDERABAD:
Sindh High Court has ordered Tharparkar deputy commissioner (DC) to remove encroachments and squatters from a graveyard of the Hindu community in Kaloi, a rural town. The petitioner, Santosh Maharaj, claimed that the people of Loond community have allegedly occupied the land which Sindh government had allotted for the graveyard. The SHC gave a month to the DC to vacate the land and submit a report.
