Firdous visits PIMS for treatment    

A bouquet was also sent by PM Imran to Fidous to express his good wishes

ISLAMABAD:
The Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Broadcasting and Information Firdous Ashiq Awan was discharged from PIMS after a brief stay on Tuesday. She was admitted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Cardiac ICU for few hours following a reaction of a medicine she had taken for the relief of toothache. Hospital sources said the minister was feeling difficulty in breathing. A spokesperson of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting said that health condition of Firdous was better after getting medical treatment. Prime Minister Imran Khan phoned his Special Assistant and inquired after her health, a press release said. The prime minister also wished her early recovery. A bouquet was also sent by the prime minister to Fidous to express his good wishes for her health, PM office media wing press release said.
