Pakistani players triumph at Borneo Junior Open Squash Tournament
Huzaifa Ibrhaim and Ashab Irfan claimed gold medals in the Under-15 category

Pakistan Junior players Huzaifa Ibrhaim and Ashab Irfan claimed gold medals in the Under-15 category of Borneo Junior Open Squash Tournament in Malaysia on Saturday.
Humam Ahmad and Waleem Khalil also won silver medals in the Under-17 category whereas Muhammad Hanif grabbed a bronze medal.
It was an all Pakistan affair in the Under-15 between Huzaifa Ibrahim and Humam in which Huzaifa with his brilliant experience of playing international squash, defeated Humam Ahmad 3-0, who was playing his first international tournament.
Humam also won silver medal in US Junior-2018 Squash Open in Under-13 category.
In the U-17 category Ashab Irfan recorded a thumping victory against Waleed Khalil following a four-set battle. The score was 11-8, 13-15, 11-2 and 11-7.
Pakistan team manager Aamir Iqbal said the players will also be competing in the upcoming PBA 17th Penang Malaysian Junior Open-2019 which will begin on July 9-14 at Nicol David International Squash Center. He anticipate another excellent performance by the players.
