ISLAMABAD: Minster of Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry on Monday said that if the Prime Minister Imran Khan gives permission, ‘change’ can be brought in 48 hours in Sindh government.

While addressing an event, Chaudhry said that Asif Ali Zardari has been arrested in corruption cases adding that the money that is supposed to be spent on development in Sindh ends up in Dubai.

He also said that Balochistan was given Rs30 billion but it was looted as even the peons in the province wore branded watches.

“The Sindh government received Rs90 billion, but no one knows where the money spent. No corruption scandal has come to the surface in the first year of the present government,” he added.

He said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader, Maryam Nawaz, is to be blamed for dividing her party, not Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). He also assured to welcome those who leave the PML-N.

Talking about the foreign reserves, the minister of Science and Technology said they have improved since the first installment from Qatar was received.
