Justice Umar Ata Bandial of the Lahore High Court on Thursday summoned an investigating officer of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for Friday on a petition from Major (r) Habibullah Warraich, an accused in the National Insurance Company Limited scam, that he be taken off the Exit Control List (ECL).
