Fashion round-up: Who wore what at the Grazia Millennial Awards 2019

Who wore what at the award show

Haddiqua Siddiqui June 20, 2019

Summer is here and so is award season.

The who's who of Bollywood slayed at the red carpet of the Grazia Millennial Awards 2019 (GMAs) last night to give us some major fashion goals.

The ceremony took place to celebrate the millennial craze among the stars. From tuxedos to gowns with highlighter on-fleek, some celebrities looked too hot to handle while others could have done a better job with the pieces they picked for the event. Here is what we think about these four celebs and their fashion choices.

1. Deepika Padukone

The Mastani entered the red carpet wearing a parrot green pantsuit that had a long trail. It seemed as if Padukone took the 'go-green' campaign way too seriously. From her pumps to the emerald green earrings, everything was green. Even the bowtie in her messy ponytail was green which was perhaps, the only thing we appreciated from her look.

2. Ananya Panday

The Student of the Year 2 actor wore a monochrome Cinderella gown to the awards show. Her strappy heels would make anyone fall flat (if you know what we mean!). Panday went for a no makeup look but her highlighter game was strong enough for everyone to notice.

3. Karan Johar

The director-turned-host looked dapper in a black tuxedo. KJo's blazer had mini Eiffel towers printed on it which were too funky to ignore. Taking his fashion history in account, he was quite slick at the show.

4. Janhvi Kapoor

The Dhadak girl came dressed as a major disappointment in a pink suit. Kapoor opted for a tinted makeup look with bold pink coloured lips and her look was nothing to mention about. Piece of advice: lose those earrings, girl!
