LAHORE: British boxer Amir Khan has offered to help the Pakistan cricket team in uplifting their fitness standards.

“I will be happy to offer my advice to the Pakistan cricket team to become fitter and stronger,” he said.

The 32-year-old said he would tell the Pakistan cricket team what to eat, what their diet should be and how they should train.

World-renown boxer was also of the opinion that the Pakistan cricket team has potential but they need to learn to adapt with changing situations.

Amir also promised to avenge Pakistan’s 89-run defeat against India in the World Cup match by knocking out his next opponent, the Indian boxer Neeraj Goyat.

Amir has also invited Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan to the fight which is scheduled to take place in Saudi Arabia on July 12.
