Four killed in clash in Khushab
Fight arose between two partiers namely Sanaullah, Habibullah in Ganjiyal North Dera Theethiya Quaidabad

Punjab Inspector General Police (IGP) Captain (retd) Arif Nawaz khan has taken notice of the murder of four persons in a dispute over cutting of trees. He directed DPO Khushab to submit an initial report immediately in this regard.
According to the initial report, a fight arose between two partiers namely Sanaullah and Habibullah in the area of Ganjiyal North Dera Theethiya Quaidabad over cutting of trees in which batons, sticks, bricks and inflammatory weapons were used.
Three persons from plaintiff’s side died on the spot whereas one person of the other party died at the hospital. The IGP directed the DPO to take strict and legal action against the persons who assaulted the victims in this fight. The DPO has constituted a team consisting of Mitha Tiwana SDPO, Mitha Tiwana SHO and Quaidabad SHO and Investigation Officer Inspector Ghulam Shabbir to investigate the matter without any negligence or delay.
