Pakistan Army has won an international military drill competition held at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in the United Kingdom.

"Pakistan Army won an international military drill competition, known as Pace Sticking Competition, held today at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, UK," a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Thursday said.



The military's media wing added that Pakistan Army team has been the winner for the second consecutive year.



Last year, Pakistan Army participated for the first time in the event.

According to ISPR, Pakistan Military Academy team represented Pakistan Army in the competition.

In October 2018, an 11-member Pakistan Army team won gold medal in Cambrian Patrol competition held in Wales.

Members of the team were all brave soldiers of a battalion of Northern Light Infantry and hailed from Gilgit-Baltistan.
