Rangers arrest three ‘criminals’ during raids in Karachi

Suspects involved in illegal dealing of weapons and drug peddling

KARACHI:
Sindh Rangers claimed to have apprehended three suspected criminals, during raids in different areas of Karachi, on Wednesday.

According to the Rangers’ spokesperson, the paramilitary soldiers carried out targeted raids in Gadap Town and apprehended a dacoit, Faizan, said to be involved in a number of street crimes.


Separately, a Rangers party arrested two suspects identified as Muhammad Danish and Sheikh Muhammad Ali, an alleged drug peddler, from Memon Goth.

The arrested suspects were stated to be involved in illegal dealing of weapons and drug peddling. Rangers claimed that weapons, drugs and looted goods were recovered from the possession of arrested accused.
