Hot weather to continue in Lahore

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected to continue in most parts of the province, including its capital during the next 24 hours. On Friday, maximum temperature was recorded as 42 degree celsius in the city. Weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the province. However, dust-thunderstorm, rain occurred at isolated places in Rawalpindi divisions and Kashmir. According to the synoptic situation, continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country while a shallow westerly wave is present over northern parts of the country.
