Infant killed by grandparents, body left outside father's house
Nawaz says his in-laws killed his son because they opposed their daughter's marriage to him.

An infant was allegedly killed and his body left outside his father's house in Vat Shah, Express News reported on Wednesday.
Haq Nawaz, the father of the infant, claimed that his enraged in-laws killed the seven-day-old boy and fled the scene after leaving his body outside Nawaz’s house.
Nawaz and Humaira (the infant's mother) had married against the wishes of Humaira's family.
Four months after their marriage, Humaira’s family forcefully took her back to their house and a filed an abduction case against Nawaz.
Humaira gave birth to a boy after which Nawaz requested that his in-laws hand over his wife and child to him.
Enraged by Nawaz's request, his in-lawn allegedly killed the infant and threw his body outside their son-in-law's house.
Police have initiated the investigation and will decide on a course of action after the post-mortem report is released.
