Kristen Stewart starts a risqué no eyebrow trend
Someone send a missing person's report, because the actor's eyebrows are missing!
Something's definitely a miss on Kristen Stewart's face and social media seems to be loving it.
The Personal Shopper actor showed up to the Chanel’s Métiers d’Art show in Seoul, South Korea, wearing one of her boldest, riskiest looks yet: bleached eyebrows, reported HuffPost.
The 29-year-old showed off two looks at at the show. But it wasn't her sheer blouse, mismatched nail polish, or even the thigh-high boots that made the Twilight star stand out. It was her eyebrows - or apparent lack thereof.
While three weeks ago, on the red carpet of the 2019 "camp" themed Met Gala, she'd gone with a David Bowie–esque look - orange, white and yellow striped brows - this time, she went all in. Her fully bleached brows were prominently on display, emphasised by swaths of contrasting neon green eyeliner.
The rest of her ensemble was fairly simple, comprising a white Chanel shirt with gauzy sleeves that she buttoned only at the collar and tucked into high-waisted black leather shorts.
Muslim model becomes first to wear a burkini on 'Sports Illustrated'
In some other looks on the event, Kristen is pictured wearing only a smoky eye - sans green - and wearing heels instead of boots.
It only seems natural that the actor would explore a new frontier after more than a decade's worth of experimenting with her hair. However, she's not the first celebrity to rock the bleached brows look: Kim Kardashian tried it out with the hashtag #ItsForAPhotoShoot way back in 2014. This was the same year her sister Kendell Jenner strutted on the runway for Marc Jacobs and pop star Miley Cyrus appeared on the cover of W.
But the head of the invisible eyebrow pack was in fact Kristen's former co-star Chloë Sevigny when she tried out the look on the red carpet way back in 2003, when she was only 13 years old.
Would you ever try the bleached eyebrow look? We know one thing is for sure: it's a very risky fashion statement!
