KARACHI:
The judicial staff refused to accept the challan from the investigation officer (IO) in Nashwa case as he arrived late to the court on Saturday.

The supplementary challan had to be submitted in the East judicial magistrate's court. The staff told the IO that the judge left because the time of the court had ended and directed him to appear before the court on May 27.

Declaring Agha Moiz and Sobia as guilty, the challan states that others nominated in the case are not at fault and a settlement has been reached with them so the case should be dismissed.

Nashwa's father has reached a compromise with Darul Sehat Hospital administration and copy of his statement will be submitted once challan is submitted by the police.
