Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed authorities to ensure impartial treatment against elements involved in theft of electricity and gas.
“Those involved in theft should be exposed before the public,” the PM said during a meeting with Federal Minister for Power Omar Ayub Khan and Special Assistant Nadeem Babar held at Bani Gala.
The power minister briefed the prime minister about the progress of countrywide campaign against theft of electricity and gas as well as reforms in the energy sector.
The prime minister appreciated the energy minister for his efforts in line with prevention of electricity and gas theft.
Meanwhile, special assistant for petroleum Babar also briefed the premier on his Tukemanistan tour.
