Portuguese star is well-known for his charitable gestures
Juventus star forward Cristiano Ronaldo may have once again shown his support for the Palestinian cause by reportedly donating $1.5 million to feed the starving people on the Gaza strip.
Ronaldo has been vocal about the treatment of Palestinian people at the hands of Isreal earlier also.
The Portuguese star also put up his European Golden Boot up for auction in 2012 as donated the received amount for the construction of schools in Gaza.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner once refused to swap shirt with an Israeli player after a World Cup qualifier between Portugal and Israel.
Ronaldo also met a five-year old survivor of an attack by Israeli settlers and presented him with a specially-dedicated t-shirt.
And if that is not it, the star forward has shown his generosity by donating significant sums to the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Red Cross, and he also works as an ambassador for major charities like Save The Children, Unicef and the World Vision.
