Google is tracking a list of your purchases
You can delete history of purchases, but it's not easy
If you give a Gmail account when you buy something, whether online or in a store, and confirmation emails are sent on it, chances are that Google is storing a list of your purchases.
As reported by CNBC, Gmail users can see a list of their transactions from at least five years back on a page called 'purchases'. Google has said that the purchases can be only seen by the user and that “Google protects your privacy and security”.

You can delete the purchases in the list of transactions by clicking on the purchase and then tapping on the “i” button and then on to “where’s this from?” after which you can see whether it was through email or not from where you can delete it completely.
