Transfers: Javed to be federal planning secretary
The Punjab government on Monday transferred and posted four senior officers.

The Punjab government on Monday transferred and posted four senior officers. According to the notification, Additional Chief Secretary Sami Saeed has been transferred and posted as a senior member of Punjab Board of Revenue (SMBR). Lahore Commissioner Nadeem Hassan Asif has been posted as additional Punjab chief secretary. The services of SMBR Akhlaq Ahmed Tarar and former chief secretary Javed Mehmood have been placed at the disposal of the federal government for appointment as the Science and Technology secretary and the federal planning secretary respectively.
