Over the last 28 years, this non-profit foundation based in Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC), Karachi has been successfully providing free quality healthcare to the most deserving patients’ who visit the hospital. They have done this through investment in medical facilities and infrastructure that has helped raise the standard of care across the hospital. With the support of its donors, Patients’ Aid Foundation assists over 14 departments at JPMC including Radiology, Cyber-Knife, PET CT, Blood Bank, Medical ICU, Nephrology, Chest Ward, Ophthalmology, and Clinical Pathology.
The Patients’ Aid Foundation has helped establish and operate a Cyber-Knife Robotic Radiosurgery System making JPMC the only hospital in the world that is offering this treatment free of cost.
