CTP launches Ramazan safety drive
Officials from the CTP education wing have been regularly visiting different areas of the city to create awareness

The education wing of the Rawalpindi City Traffic Police (CTP) has launched a drive to educate motorists about traffic rules during Ramazan to ensure safety for all road users. Officials from the CTP education wing have been regularly visiting different areas of the city to create awareness. “Lectures were also being delivered through multimedia, public address system while pamphlets were being distributed to create awareness about road safety and traffic rules,” Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Muhammad Bin Ashraf said. He said that the drive was launched aimed at ensuring safe driving on the city roads and to make the journey more safe and secure. He said traffic rules must be observed on roads as these were for the safety of the drivers and other road users as well.
