Mubeen, the only son of Mujtaba* who is a watchman at Bagh-e-Jinnah, was lured by the gardener after which he was taken to a secluded place where he was abused and raped.
People in the park gathered upon hearing Mubeen’s cries and caught Waleed. He was then handed over to the police.
Mubeen was admitted to the Services Hospital where his condition is reported to be critical.
