RCB expects to earn Rs800 million from property tax

RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) has started preparations for the next budget of financial year 2019-20.

The budget would be worth more than Rs3 billion while no new tax would be imposed in it, officials told The Express Tribune.

RCB expects to earn Rs800 million from property tax, officials said adding that the board will spend Rs1,200 million in disbursement of salaries.

Some Rs400 million would be spent on utility services while Rs376 million would be utilised for development schemes.
