Girl tortured in Factory Area
Police have registered a case and opened investigations

Another heinous incident of violence against women has come to light in which a grade 12 student was allegedly head shaved and tortured for turning down a marriage proposal in Factory Area on Monday. Reportedly, the suspect Dashab had sent a marriage proposal for the victim Rida, a student of second year. However, it was turned down by the family of the girl. The suspect, along with his accomplices, barged into the girl’s house. They tortured the girl and shaved her head. Police have registered a case and opened investigations.
