107 more clinics sealed in Sindh
Anti-Quackery Directorate has sealed more than 300 clinics operated by quacks across Sindh so far

The Sindh Health Care Commission (SHCC) claimed to have sealed 107 more clinics as part of its province-wide anti-quackery drive this week.
The drive, launched by the Anti-Quackery Directorate of SHCC, against quacks continued in different districts of Sindh. A total of 71 clinics in Larkana, seven in Hyderabad, 20 in Mirpurkhas, five in Ghotki and four in Karachi were sealed. The SHCC teams also issued warnings to 31 other clinics in Larkana and Hyderabad.

The SHCC had formed various teams to combat quackery in Sindh. Special focus was directed towards Larkana due to the recent outbreak of HIV cases in the district.
