Deepika Padukone has a pair of Louboutin heels named after her

And they cost over Rs110,000!

Did you know that Bollywood star Deepika Padukone has her own pair of Louboutin heels named after her?  We didn't think so either, but it's stuff most of us can only dream about.

The Padmaavat star, who recently stunned at prestigious MET Gala, can tick off luxury brand Christian Louboutin attributing a pair of their shoes to her name on her list of achievements.

We all remember her exquisite wedding to Raveer Singh which broke social media.  DeePee's bridal trousseau stunning to say the least. Be it the lehengas and kanjeevaram sarees or her statement earrings and other ornaments, Deepika truly made a beautiful bride.

The actress even donned bespoke Sabyasachi x Christian Louboutin juttis for her wedding which she matched with her hubby. Golden embroidery over red, the footwear was needles with intricate work.

While we know the diva wore the Sabyasachi x Christian Louboutin for her wedding, what is more unknown is that Padukone inspired the designer to name a pair of heels after the beauty.

In a recent interview, designer Sabyasachi told Ambika Anand how the luxury brand went about creating a pair of shoes after her. He revealed, "Deepika is a traditional girl. I remember calling Christian because we both are big fans of her and we love her. And so I told him that we are doing this wedding and you have to do the shoes, and he was like 'of course.' When probed further if the diva had shoes named after her, he was quick to say, "Yea, the Deepik heel."

Who wouldn't want to own a pair of these stylish and chic pairs of footwear, especially since we now know they are named after Deepika!
