On April 22, nine-month-old Nashwa died after being administered the wrong dosage of medicine which led to a deterioration in her health.

Following the dosage, her heartbeat increased abnormally.

The infant was shifted to the hospital’s ICU where she was placed on a ventilator. According to the report of the CT scan administered at the hospital, Nashwa's hands, feet, eyes and mouth were paralysed.
