Mohammad Sajjad and Shahid Aftab began their campaign at the ENOC Team International Snooker Championship in style as they defeated UAE 3-0 yesterday. The duo had outplayed the hosts 3-1 in an earlier match, and had also blanked out Syria by the same margin in the four-day event being held in Dubai from June 24. The tournament is featuring six teams including Thailand, Syria, UAE, Hong Kong, Afghanistan and Pakistan, as the cueists compete for the prize-money of $5,000.
