Punjab Emergency Service Director General Dr Rizwan Naseer distributed disaster response kits to the top five community response teams and volunteers to enhance the operational capacity of community teams for management of emergencies and safety promotion. The distribution ceremony was organised by the Punjab Emergency Service in collaboration with the Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO) Pakistan at the Emergency Services Academy on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion, the DG paid tribute to all the volunteers and expressed his pleasure over the active participation of the teams in establishing healthy, safe, resilient, clean and green communities across Pakistan.
