'Wrong No 2' trailer shows a turbulent romantic comedy

Upcoming film is due to release this Eidul Fitr

KARACHI: The official trailer for upcoming film Wrong No 2 has just released, the teaser of which came out two weeks ago. It features Sami Khan and Neelum Muneer in the lead, alongside the likes of Jawaid Sheikh, Ahmed Hassan, Danish and Yasir Nawaz, Sana Fakhar and Shafqat Cheema. The film is due to release this Eidul Fitr.

The two-and-a-half minute trailer shows a series of comic scenes, made to entertain audiences. However, we're not sure if they will. Although some may prefer such comedy, it fails to hit the mark in our opinion.

Halfway in, the mood changes and we are shown a softer, more romantic side of the story. Complete with a lovey-dovey song in the backdrop, it shows us the emerging relationship of Sami and Neelum's characters. And of course, no trailer is complete without some sort of wedding song - that's when Yashma Gill comes in, showing us her groove.

Overall, the trailer shows the film to be an attempt at a comic but turbulent love story. Wrong No 2 has been helmed by dynamic duo Yasir Nawaz and Hassan Zia. It is produced by Sh Amjad Rasheed and Hassan Zia, while it was written by Ahmed Hassan.
