Major General Omar Ahmed Bukhari on Saturday assumed charge as the 14th director-general of Pakistan Rangers in Sindh.
Outgoing DG Rangers Maj Gen Muhammad Saeed handed over the charge to Maj Gen Bukhari in a ceremony at the Rangers Headquarters.
The leaving officer also called on Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah at the Chief Minister House in Karachi today. The incoming DG was also present in the meeting.
