QUETTA: The provincial government needs to provide micro-financing facilities and vocational training opportunities to the youth as a means for reducing unemployment and alleviating poverty, said Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal.
He said this while addressing a meeting of a special cell for poverty alleviation and social development in the provincial capital.
Kamal said that vocation training would be in human resource development and equip the youth of Balochistan with skills to excel in their professional lives.
He went on to say that employment opportunities in the public sector were on the wane, adding that efforts would be made to provide favourable condition for the private sector due to its ability to create jobs.
