Professor Aijaz A Qureshi, a socio-economic expert on Sindh, is the new Karachi University Director Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Chair. Prof. Qureshi was also the director of Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund and the general manager of National Rural Support Programme and Sindh Rural Support Organisation. He was also a member of Sindh Provincial Finance Commission and has written 15 books.
