Overcharging: Fertiliser dealers caught red handed

They were selling urea bags at Rs1,500 instead of fixed rate of Rs1,245 per bag.

FAISALABAD: Four fertiliser dealers have been booked on charges of overcharging, according to a statement issued on Thursday by the city district government. Government officials conducted raid in the area of Garh Police Station and found four fertiliser dealers involved in profiteering. They were selling urea bags at Rs1,500 instead of fixed rate of Rs1,245 per bag. The raiding officer registered cases against them while further investigation in the matter is under process.
