RAWALPINDI: Police raided a marriage party and arrested 10 people for displaying firearms and use of firecrackers.

Police registered separate cases against all of them besides confiscating firecrackers and material used in crime from their possession.

Meanwhile, aerial firing in jubilation has become a big nuisance for the residents in the jurisdiction of Waris Khan Police Station.

The residents of the area expressed grave concern over the irresponsible attitude of police and district administration for not taking any action as it might be dangerous for people.
