Eight killed in K-P rain
At least 54 others were injured in rain-related incidents
At least eight people were killed and 54 injured in heavy rainfall across Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P), Radio Pakistan reported on Wednesday.
According to the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), three people died in Peshawar, two in Swabi and one in Kohat and Mohmand districts each.

Among the deceased, four people, including two children and a woman, were killed in landslide and roof collapses in Dir. Life came at a standstill in Chitral with passengers stranded in the Lowari Tunnel.
