Peace Talks: India asked to release 5,000 prisoners

The president of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mehbooba Mufti, has asked the Indian government to release all political prisoners and withdraw cases against 5,000 people arrested during riots last year. According to the Kashmir Media Service, Mufti said this while addressing media persons after a meeting of the party’s executives at Gupkar.
