Faisalabad Industries: No gas supply for three days
Gas supply will remain suspended to over 600 industrial units
FAISALABAD:
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has announced that gas supply will remain suspended to over 600 industrial units of the district from June 23 to 25 under a load management programme being implemented to overcome gas shortages. Briefing the media on Wednesday, a spokesman for SNGPL said in the next 15 days a considerable improvement in gas pressure was expected and as a result the duration of supply suspension would be reduced. Raising no objection, All Pakistan Textile Unit Owners Association said it would comply with the outages schedule and would keep member units closed during the period. Earlier, the association members had not only rejected the outages programme but also operated their units.
