Cricket: PCB forms committee for Ilyas’ case
Ilyas was suspended and issued a showcause notice by the board
LAHORE:
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has constituted a two-member committee to probe charges against suspended national selector Muhammad Illyas for violating the code of conduct. Although the date of the hearing is yet to be announced, the board has appointed Sultan Rana and Shafiq Ahmed to hear the case. Ilyas was suspended and issued a showcause notice by the board after giving statements to media personnel on the Shahid Afridi controversy.
