BB Birth Anniversary: ‘She will always live in our hearts’
Bhutto was a voice of the poor and the downtrodden.

The sacrifices rendered by Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Shaheed for the promotion of democracy will never go to waste, President Pakistan People Party Punjab Imtiaz Safdar Warriach said on Tuesday. He was addressing a gathering at Liaquat Bagh, where the leader was assasinated, in connection with her 58th birth anniversary.
He said that Benazir Bhutto was still alive in the hearts and minds of the people. Paying tribute to the former prime minister, Warriach said she was a leader of international stature and her services would be remembered for ever. “Pakistan People Party was united under the dynamic leadership of President Asif Ali Zardari and the mission of shaheed mohtarma would be accomplished accordingly,” he added.
Paying tribute to Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and his work for the upliftof the country, he said Bhutto was a voice of the poor and the downtrodden. He is still alive in the hearts and minds of the people, he added.
